Both practitioners have completed extensive post-graduate training in advanced manual therapy techniques, including Fascial Counterstrain, allowing them to assess and address structures and body systems that are often overlooked by traditional treatment approaches. Fascial Counterstrain

A Gentle, Hands-on Treatment Approach

Fascial Counterstrain is a gentle and highly specialized manual therapy technique designed to identify and treat areas of dysfunction throughout the body. Treatment begins with a detailed assessment of surrounding tissues and body systems to determine which structures may be contributing to pain, inflammation, or restricted movement. By addressing the body’s fascial system — which connects muscles, bones, nerves, blood vessels, organs, and connective tissues throughout the body — treatment is designed to support the body’s natural healing processes. This painless approach may help reduce pain, improve mobility, restore function, and support overall nervous system and circulatory health.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Specialized Care for Pelvic Health Conditions

Everyone has a pelvic floor — a group of muscles and connective tissues that support organs such as the bladder, uterus, and rectum while contributing to core stability, posture, and overall function. Weakness, tension, or poor coordination within the pelvic floor and surrounding structures can contribute to symptoms such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, hip or low back pain, and postural imbalances. Our pelvic floor physical therapy services provide personalized, compassionate care designed to address these conditions and improve overall quality of life.

Services & Prices

At Haven Integrative Physical Therapy, every session is entirely one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Unlike many traditional insurance-based clinics where therapists may treat multiple patients simultaneously, we dedicate your full appointment time to individualized assessment, hands-on treatment, and thoughtful discussion of your specific concerns and goals. Each visit includes detailed evaluation and highly personalized care designed to address the underlying contributors to your symptoms. Treatment primarily consists of advanced manual therapy techniques, along with individualized recommendations for exercises, stretches, movement strategies, and lifestyle modifications when appropriate.
